Frequently asked
Eight questions clinicians ask before signing up.
Click any question to expand. We update these as new patterns emerge — last refreshed weekly.
There is no setup fee or monthly subscription. We take a tiered platform fee on completed bookings — the rate decreases as your monthly volume grows. Full schedule lives in our partner agreement, which we share once you start verification.
Patient submits a case (X-rays, photos, treatment goal). You review and send a quote. Patient picks a clinic and books. We handle airport pickup, translation, scheduling, and payment. After treatment, you mark visits complete and we settle within 7 business days.
We collect your dental practice license + KMA / dental association membership. Verification is manual — usually 1–2 business days. Your license is stored encrypted; only our verification team and you can see the original document. Patients only see your verified status badge, not the document itself.
Payouts run weekly via Korean bank transfer (수요일 정산). The dashboard shows pending, in-flight, and settled amounts in real time. International doctors can opt into USD wire transfer (a fee applies on the bank's side).
Our concierge team translates patient messages in real time, both ways. You can type in Korean — patient sees English (or their language). For in-person visits, we coordinate a medical interpreter for the first consultation. After that, most clinics develop their own rhythm.
Patients pay a small deposit at booking that covers your prep work even if they cancel. The deposit is non-refundable inside 14 days of the appointment. Full refund / cancellation rules are spelled out in the patient terms; we share the same document with clinics so there are no surprises.
Currently dental (general, cosmetic, orthodontic, implant) and dermatology. Surgical specialties (plastic, hair restoration) are in pilot — contact us if your clinic does these and we'll loop you in early.
Three things: (1) we own the entire patient journey end-to-end, not just the lead — so you spend zero hours on logistics. (2) Tiered fees that drop as you grow, not flat. (3) Built mobile-first for clinicians on the floor, not desk-bound admins. Most of our doctors run their entire Concourse practice from a phone.
